'Natalie and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for enabling us to put together exactly what we had imagined but had difficulty in translating to a very livable and exciting studio dwelling. 
 Given the fact we could not exceed 70m2 and an extremely challenging block, you not only  presented us with our "wish list" but also truly created space with an open plan layout that proved to be a game changer from our point of view.
 From the moment we met, your enthusiasm for ideas, managing to somehow get our ideas to work or find an alternative whilst also dealing with budgetary restraints was invaluable.
 The professionalism in handling  the project from it's inception to the building permit being issued was with out a doubt, validation of the RIGHT person being selected for this small but very bespoke design.
 All Aspect Design came recommended to us and now we can speak from experience...THANKS Jon for truly making the whole process an enjoyable one.'
Nat and Craig (Lesmurdie)

Design Brief
A couple required ancillary accomodation(granny flat) in addition to the existing 50 year old home, which family also occupy. It was critical to capture the views down the valley to the southwest while still performing well in the climate.
This site in Lesmurdie presented a fantastic oppotunity to design a lightweight suspended structure within the selected location that runs along a ridgeline before falling away considerably into the beautiful natural bushland below, further to this a backdrop of the city is visible to the living spaces.
