  • Development Approval Submission: This is can be triggered by many factors, Single dwellings (homes) and sheds are the only development that is typically exempt from approval. However other considerations such as being located in a Bushfire Prone Area or Detailed Area Plans may required an application to be made. Grouped Dwellings, Apartments, and commercial development will also go through this process and will require more documentation as the scale of the project increases.

  • Residential Codes Variations: The Residential Design Codes have a set of deemed to comply requirements that set out a standard path to approval for many aspects of residential development. If however you wish to build closer to a boundary or higher as examples the process that you will need to take is a codes variation. We can assist in this and discuss with you the justification for what is proposed.

 

  • Consultants: All Aspect Design work with a proven group of consultants every day to achieve better buildings. Our selected consultants are passionate about the outcome of your project.
